Genie
Genie is an online business software provider. It makes available on a subscription basis an experts' selection of best-of-breed software for enterprises that want to cut costs, enhance their organizational flexibility and operational mobility, upgrade their IT infrastructure, or jumpstart their new enterprise.
The software it offers as services are integrated with each other, but constitute high value for money solutions individually, too. There are no limitations to size, Genie accommodates any number of users, any scale of data transmission or storage, thus meeting the needs of companies of any size.

Genie takes pride in being flexible and convenient for the benefit of its subscribers.
- Registration for, and the use of, Genie software services requires the availability of a computer and a mobile of fix Internet connection.
- You can launch a free one-month trial of, or subscription to, any or all Genie software by clicking subscribe.
- Clients can modify their subscriptions - the type of software to which they subscribe as well as the number of users - at any point in time, without suffering any financial or other disadvantages.
- The installation of Genie software does not require expert assistance - its do-it-yourself guide will enable most clients to set up and start using their Genie software.
Terms and contract information
How to subscribe:
If you wish to subscribe to one or more of our services, you can do so by clicking the SUBSCRIBE button under any one of the service descriptions.
An order form will open which you will be required to fill, providing company information, marking the types of service and the number of users per service that you wish to order. Then you will be required to read the contract, check if the data is correct. No payment is required upon the placement of your first order, as you are entitled to a free 30-day trial period. In order to be able to use Genie, you will need to activate the services after you have completed the order procedure.
If you find that Genie does not answer your need, the contract terminates after the 30-day free trial period, and your access to Genie will be withdrawn.
If you decide to continue to use Genie, you will be required to confirm the prolongation of the contract, and you will need to pay the subscription fee for the services you ordered.
Please note that you will be able to modify your subscription at any time by making changes to an identical order form. (C.f: Using Genie)
The main points of the contract:
All subscribers are provided a 30-day free trial of Genie, when they have unlimited access to the services . This enables subscribers to make an informed choice whether the services are suitable for their needs.
The contract comes into effect when you register for the 30-day free trial period. You will be required to actively confirm that you wish to continue to use Genie for the term of the contract to be extended. From this point on, you will need to pay for the services you wish to use.
Services are available on a prepayment basis, with fees prepaid in monthly installments, via bank transfer.
The contract, as well as the invoices are sent via e-mail as well as printed and mailed to the subscriber.
Subscribers are notified via e-mail if their payment is overdue. If the payment is overdue by more than 5 days, Genie has the right to suspend the services. If the payment is overdue by 15 days, Genie will terminate the contact with the client.
The subscriber bears full responsibility for any data and content it uses or generates on Genie. In the event that a subscriber is found to have illegal content on Genie, the contract with the client will be terminated with immediate effect and the event will be reported to the authorities.
PPT Group, which provides Genie, carries material responsibility for providing Genie in the quality specified in the contract.
Payment construction:

Using Genie
When you have completed the Genie order placement procedure, you will need to activate the services you ordered. The activation link is provided in the order confirmation e-mail we send you.
Once you have activated your Genie, you will be able to access Genie as an administrator. The administrator's role is to allocate the access to the services in the subscription to the persons of their choice. Furthermore, the administrator is the person who will be able to modify the subscription, and will be the point of contact to Genie.
Genie will send e-mail notifications to the administrator to prompt action that needs to be taken, or if the payment of the subscription fee is late. The administrator will also be informed of new services available in Genie.
Once the initial access to the services has been allocated, the role of administrator may be passed on to a person of your choice.
Please note that any mistake made by the administrator can be undone by contacting the Genie client service.
All Genie users will be able to access the services allocated to them on any computer with an Internet connection by going onto the Genie opening page through their Internet browser, and typing in their user name and password.
